How do I book a treatment?
You can contact me by phone, text or e-mail. All my details can be found on the Contact Me page. Please state what treatments you would like & if there is a preferred date & time you would like me to visit you, or if you have any questions about my treatments I'm more than happy to help. I aim to answer any calls, texts & e-mails as soon as possible.
What methods of payment do you accept?
At present, I can only accept payment by cash, cheque, Paypal & valid Enchanting Beauty Gift Vouchers.
What areas do you cover?
I cover Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham & Canterbury. I can travel outside of this area subject to the services required & may incur a fee for fuel.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I would really appreciate it if you could give my at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment. I aim to send a text reminder 48 hours before your treatment to confirm.
How long does the treatment take?
All treatment timings can be found next to the treatments. For treatments like Waxing & Eye Treatments the times are approximated. Depending on the treatment, it will take me 10-15 minutes to set up my equipment & the same for packing away. I always book out a little extra time for Massage & Facials to give you the chance to relax after your treatment.
Do I need to do provide or prepare anything before you arrive?
I have a portable Massage couch for Facials, Massage, Reflexology, Waxing & Eye Treatments so I would appreciate adequate space for this to be set up. I also have a portable nail table for Manicures, so a couple of chairs is all that is needed. Depending on the treatments, I will require a power socket (I also have a very long extension lead) & hot water. Other than that, everything is provided, so all you need to do is provide yourself & relax.
Why do I need to fill out a Consultation Form?
This is solely for your health & safety, & to make me aware of any health problems you may have that could disrupt the treatment. It also helps me to adapt the treatment to your needs. All information given is kept securely & is in the strictest confidence.
